The Help & Support section of our website is dedicated to finding you answers to your questions, educating you on your system, and getting you in touch with us to solve any issues you may have.
Please be aware that tech support with RITE is not free of charge. We are always willing to help with ANY issues that may arise, but please be advised that you must purchase support time through us to receive the valuable support you need to keep your operations running smoothly. We do provide basic support of our add-ins via email for free for the first 3 months, however phone or remote support to help deploy the software isn't part of our free services.

If there is a defect in one of our RITE Plug-Ins we will work with you to pin-point the issue and take care of it, free of charge. If you have technical, configuration, training or any other kind of questions, we are happy to help at our standard support rate.
